Sunny and bright with double French doors opening out onto a newly completed terrace, this apartment offers the perfect setting for secluded outside living and looks out onto the mountains towards Canigou and also the mountains towards Spain on the south. 

The terrace gets sunshine for most of the day and there are plenty of shady places to escape the summer heat.  Built of granite and marble, the house never gets too hot in the summer and gives a lovely living environment.

This self contained apartment comprises a large, double bedded living room (20.3 sq m ) with wood burning stove, comfortable seating, dining table and chairs and TV/DVD/CD.  The apartment, like the rest of the Mas, has a marble floor and a beautiful feature curved oak door which provides access to the main house.

Leading from the living accommodation is a magnificent bathroom/dressing room with marble floor and a feature bath which is hewn from a single solid piece of marble. Within the bathroom are wardrobe facilities, a separate shower room and a separate WC . 

The bathroom also has an outside door opening onto the terrace and windows overlooking the meadow on the north of the property. 

With access from the living/bedroom, there is a newly fitted kitchen (6 sq m) with a gas hob and oven with electric grill.  It is fully equipped with plenty of cupboard space, sink and fridge with separate freezer compartment. Washing and ironing facilities are available if required.

Outside there is a table and chairs, sun loungers and a barbecue.

The apartment is equipped for four people, and if required, can be used in conjunction with a bedroom with private bathroom in the main house. Please contact us for further information and availability.

Smoking is not allowed anywhere within the Mas.

Due to the proximity of the river and also balcony features throughout the Mas, this property is not suitable for children.
